How do I submit a service request?

If you are experiencing issues with your surveillance cameras, access control, drive up lanes or physical equipment, you can submit a service request via email at  service@securitytexas.com or click on our Maintenance and Service tab and fill out the form located on that page.

Who do I contact for questions regarding my account?

For questions regarding your account or service agreements, you can reach out via email at  support@securitytexas.com or by phone at 214-349-0480.

I am looking for an equipment quote, who do I contact?

If you are looking for a quote on equipment or installation of equipment, you can submit your request to  sales@securitytexas.com. You can also click on the Security Upgrades tab, fill out the form located on that page and one of our sales representatives will be in contact with you.

I am building a new branch and need an RFP for equipment and installation, who do I contact?

If you are in need of a RFP for an entire security project, please submit your request through  sales@securitytexas.com or click on the Security Upgrades tab and fill out the form located on that page.

How do I apply for a position within your company?

Located in the top right corner of our home page is a tab listed Careers. Please click on the tab, fill out the application form and attach a copy of your resume. Once submitted, a representative will be in contact regarding your application.

The Security Center is headquartered in Dallas Texas, but we have service centers located throughout the state.
